Oversee regional franchise sales, coach teams, implement strategic plans for revenue growth, and analyze performance metrics to improve operations.
Regional Sales Leader/Performance Coach
Salary: $120,000-$150,000 + Incentive Growth Bonus (% of growth)
Remote, but willing to travel.
-This will be for their Home Care brand. Candidates will be working with franchisees on start-up
sales training/ongoing coaching and regional account sales. They have gone from 20 locations
open (fy 24) to 30 open currently and 30 new ones sold for early 2026 open. They’re new sales
pipeline leads them to project 90 locations by October 2026. They will be ramping up to three
regions with the most critical region being the North East. The others being Central (TX-MI) and
West (CA, AZ, OR, WA)
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and coach regional franchise owners and sales teams to achieve growth and performance
objectives.
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion.
● Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and business development workshops.
● Analyze key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams to optimize performance across the
region.
● Support franchisees with sales execution, referral development, and community outreach
strategies.
● Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within home care, healthcare, or
franchising.
● Proven ability to coach and motivate teams toward measurable results.
● Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
● Passion for the home care mission and helping others succeed.
