About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in security to lead the growth and expansion of our Public Sector business in QLD. The role will be based in Brisbane and requires a proven track record in selling security solutions to mid-large Enterprise customers.

As a Regional Sales Manager at CrowdStrike, you will be responsible for prospecting and targeting strategic accounts, developing relationships with partners and resellers, and presenting security solutions to senior and C-level audiences. You will work closely with internal teams to build a successful pipeline, meet and exceed individual sales quotas, and drive business growth in the Public Sector.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and target strategic accounts to drive revenue growth

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle

  • Present security solutions and discuss use cases to help customers solve their security challenges

  • Deliver account plans for your territory and maintain a prospect and customer list

  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to strategize activities and build a successful pipeline

  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans

  • Network within client businesses and influence key decision makers at C-level

  • Act as a CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts

What You’ll Need:

  • Security Experience: Essential experience in security sales, with a proven track record of success in selling security solutions to mid-large customers

  • Public Sector Experience: Proven experience in the Public Sector and/or Education sector is also essential

  • SaaS Experience: Experience in selling SaaS software solutions

  • Salesforce.com: Regular use of Salesforce.com and ability to provide accurate forecasting

  • Networking: Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level

  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Value Proposition: Ability to create and deliver value propositions and articulate the company's value proposition and services

  • Leadership: Leadership, accountability qualities required, with ability to work autonomously and lead the territory

  • Quota-Driven Sales: Proven sales track record and ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment at an Enterprise level
