As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Sanas.ai, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our Midmarket & Enterprise AE teams while directly owning a revenue number. This role is critical to driving new ARR growth, refining our sales playbook, and mentoring a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be tasked with enabling AE success, and ensuring we maximize value for each of our customers.This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth market and help scale one of the most exciting AI-driven SaaS companies in the contact center space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and drive revenue growth by leading the Midmarket AE team targeting new logos.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring they consistently exceed quota.
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and deal velocity while ensuring pipeline consistency.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and consistently report on revenue performance and deal progression.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Senior Director of Sales and broader GTM leadership, helping shape sales org growth.
  • Engage directly in deals, working alongside AEs on large strategic opportunities - a true Player Coach
  • Build a scalable team structure that enables rapid expansion without breaking sales processes.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture, coaching AEs on value-based selling, multi-threading, and execution speed.
  • Implement and refine sales methodologies to improve pipeline execution and conversion rates.
  • Adapt to a rapidly evolving product and market landscape, ensuring the sales team remains aligned with new features, use cases, and messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience scaling a sales team. 20-50million, 50-100 million ARR
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role (e.g., RSM, Sales Manager, Director, or Team Lead).Proven success in selling to the contact center function of large enterprise.
  • Experience working in a fast-scaling Series B+ SaaS company or high-growth startup.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota as both an IC and a leader.
  • Exceptional coaching, training, and team-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, multi-threading, and structured sales methodologies.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where speed and execution matter.
  • Ability to hire and scale teams while maintaining a strong revenue growth trajectory.
  • Proven ability to navigate high-growth SaaS environments, where building structure and agility must coexist.
