Job Description:

Relationship Managers are the heart and soul of our customer connections, building and expanding strategic relationships. They serve as the primary liaison between CSI and our customers, dedicated to providing exceptional service that leads to high customer satisfaction and contract renewals. Representing the full range of our products and services, they ensure that our customers' needs and expectations are met with excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and nurture relationships with multiple customers.

  • Typically support a single line of business and understand a primary application.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of CSI products and services.

  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and serving as a point of escalation for unresolved issues.

  • Contribute to and ensure business retention, pipeline generation, and positive "Would Recommend CSI" survey results.

  • Participate in and/or lead cross-sale processes and pipeline generation.

  • Engage in various sales and relationship activities to meet targets for retention, build productive pipelines, produce profitable sales volume, and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Practice consultative selling by staying in constant communication with clients to proactively understand their needs, goals, and direction.

  • Evaluate the usage of all CSI products with each assigned client, presenting additional CSI products and value-add solutions as appropriate. Keep clients informed of product offerings through marketing efforts, product notifications, and webinars.

  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, customer success, sales, or a related customer-facing role. 

  • Must have experience working within banking, fintech, SaaS, or a related technology-driven industry. 

  • Strong ability to build trust and influence decision-makers. 

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities. 

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. 

  • Knowledge of banking technology platforms, software solutions, or financial services products. 

  • Experience identifying growth opportunities and supporting revenue retention initiatives. 

Travel 

  • Travel up to 40–50% as needed to support customer relationships, meetings, conferences, and onsite engagements.
