Relationship Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Develop senior client relationships and expand network at those organizations, understanding client business and product needs.  
• Collaborate with sales to execute and close new business opportunities with existing clients. 
• Maintain knowledge of product enhancements and the changing investment technology industry.  
• Helps aggregate client feedback and provides guidance to expand the product offering. 
• Ensures client engagement from the daily user to the decision-maker level of the client.  
• Provides guidance and mentorship to analysts.  

Required Skills: 

• Strong relationship management skills, demonstrated track record of expanding existing client engagements
• Working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.  
• Working knowledge of structured products, derivatives, fixed-income securities, etc. preferred. 
• Self-starter proactively seeks out solutions and expertise. 
• Able to execute in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. 
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.  

Education and Experience:   

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field or relevant experience in Investment. Management, Insurance, FinTech, Investment Accounting, Financial Services, or Investment Operations. 
• 7+ Years of experience.

Salary Range

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
