We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Remarketing Operations Specialist with experience in vehicle remarketing and customer service. You will be part of a dedicated OPENLANE team responsible for the end to end vehicle remarketing process. You will be involved in reviewing inspections, facilitating the remarketing process, speaking with customers, and collaborating with multiple departments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in automotive expertise, vehicle remarketing and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer-centric roles and vehicle remarketing experience.

 

You Are:

  • Customer-Obsessed. You prioritize delivering exceptional service to customers, whether they are colleagues, inspectors, or clients in the market.

  • Detail-Oriented. Your strong attention to detail ensures the accuracy and quality of inspections, reports, and communication.

  • Strategic. Your ability to understand complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders allows you to identify and implement effective solutions.

 

You Will:

  • Review OPENLANE inspections and ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Facilitate the end to end remarketing process for vehicles through digital and physical auction locations.

  • Collaborate with multiple departments throughout the process.

  • Review vehicles for arbitration validity. 

  • Identify opportunities to reduce financial impact.

  • Speak with customers and businesses via phone. 

 

Must-Have's:

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer experience-type role.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Dynamic approach adapting to changing requirements with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Vehicle Remarketing experience.

  • Mechanical automotive experience.

 

Nice to Have's:

  • Familiarity with dealer-facing tools and technology.

  • Experience with arbitration resolution.

Hourly: $24.00 - $32.00
