About the Role:
We are seeking a Remote Client Services professional to support vacation planning activities and assist clients with organizing their travel details. This role focuses on delivering strong customer service, gathering accurate trip information, and coordinating essential components of the planning process. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide client support throughout the vacation planning process
• Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and activity options
• Collect and organize required trip details and preferences
• Prepare and update itinerary information and related documentation
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure all questions are answered
• Maintain accurate client profiles and update internal systems as needed
• Coordinate follow-ups and scheduling to ensure timely completion of planning tasks
• Support the booking process by confirming details and providing administrative assistance
• Perform general customer service and coordination duties as assigned
