As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will leverage your expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and business intelligence to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

The right candidate for this role combines knowledge of marketing, SQL, attention to detail, marketing metrics and a passion for process improvement, and a commitment to completing projects on time. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives.
  • Conduct complex data analysis to uncover insights and trends.
  • Build and maintain data models and pipelines.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and profiling.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and trends.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and ability to apply statistical methods to solve complex problems.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to create compelling and informative dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and insights from large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data modeling and ETL experience to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Operationally focused with a strong reliance on process and standards
  • Keen attention to detail & accuracy in reporting
  • Comfortable to work across teams and seek alignment to help maintain a best-in-class marketing operations framework
  • Collaborative and highly communicative with team, peers, partners & executives
  • Ready to learn and solve problems both in isolation and in a team environment
  • Must know excel or Google sheets - power user status is highly desired (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, Flash Fill, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling techniques.
  • Domain expertise in B2B Marketing.
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior analysts and guide data initiatives.

Compensation Range: $70,000 – $120,000 annually

This posted range represents our good-faith estimate for this remote role at the time of posting, in compliance with applicable state and local laws including California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.

Final compensation will depend on various factors such as the candidate’s location, experience, qualifications, and alignment with internal compensation equity. Offers typically fall within the lower to mid-point of the posted range for most candidates.

This role may also be eligible for performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
