Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS outbound sales. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in selling complex digital solutions, building high-quality pipelines, and engaging decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organizations.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to identify, engage, and qualify prospects within the B2B SaaS landscape, driving new business opportunities and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting targeting B2B tech and SaaS buyers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify leads within target accounts (ICP) through research, discovery calls, and needs analysis
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Personalize outreach campaigns tailored to SaaS use cases, pain points, and buyer personas
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine go-to-market and lead generation strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in B2B organizations

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in an outbound sales role within B2B tech or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, pipeline building, and SaaS sales outreach
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, SaaS products, and value-based selling
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal), with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and automation workflows
  • Experience selling into US, UK, or international markets is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills in a remote work environment
