Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Typist Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our computer systems, ensuring that our clients' information is organized and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data from a variety of sources into the appropriate systems
- Review and verify the accuracy of data entries
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data
- Respond to client inquiries related to data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in typing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
