NielsenIQ Canada est à la recherche d’un(e) Représentant(e) au développement des ventes minutieux(se) et hautement organisé(e) pour gérer, nourrir et accroître le nombre de pistes qualifiées ainsi que le pipeline de ventes. Ce rôle est principalement axé sur la génération de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires grâce au développement proactif de prospects, incluant les campagnes par courriel, les médias sociaux et les appels téléphoniques auprès de comptes ciblés. L’objectif principal est de planifier des rencontres initiales qualifiées pour l’équipe de ventes commerciales.

L’efficacité et de solides compétences organisationnelles sont essentielles, puisque le ou la Représentant(e) au développement des ventes agira comme ambassadeur(trice) de la marque NIQ Canada. En tant que premier point de contact pour les prospects intéressés par les solutions de NielsenIQ, ce poste joue un rôle crucial dans l’établissement du ton pour le cycle de vente à venir. Le professionnalisme, l’enthousiasme et d’excellentes aptitudes en communication sont indispensables pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) démontrera un intérêt réel pour les données et l’analytique, l’industrie des produits de consommation emballés (CPG), ainsi que la recherche de marché liée au secteur des ventes au Canada. Cette personne sera dynamique, autonome et motivée, capable de travailler de façon indépendante tout en bâtissant de solides relations transversales avec les membres internes de l’équipe et les parties prenantes des ventes. De plus, le ou la Représentant(e) au développement des ventes interagira avec des décideurs de haut niveau et des clients potentiels afin de stimuler la croissance et les occasions d’affaires.

Attentes à l'égard de ce rôle:

· représenter les produits et services de notre entreprise et déterminer comment nos solutions répondent aux besoins des clients;

· générer des pistes de ventes et établir des relations en entretenant des prospects chaleureux et en trouvant de nouveaux débouchés potentiels;

· gérer et maintenir un pipeline de prospects intéressés et impliquer les responsables des ventes pour les prochaines étapes;

· utiliser la technologie de vente, les données, la sollicitation à froid et les courriels pour générer de nouvelles opportunités de vente;

· établir des relations de confiance à long terme avec les prospects afin de qualifier les pistes en opportunités de vente;

· organiser des réunions ou des appels entre les clients (potentiels) et les responsables des ventes;

· préparer un rapport pour le directeur des ventes avec les résultats hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels.

Compétences et qualifications requises:

·Diplôme d’études postsecondaires et au moins 2 ans d’expérience principalement axée sur la prospection sortante, ou toute expérience connexe se traduisant directement par un rôle de ventes sortantes.

· Expérience professionnelle au sein d’une équipe de ventes, de service ou de marketing axée sur la performance, la croissance rapide, le rythme soutenu et l’excellence du service client.

· Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d’interagir professionnellement avec une variété de personnalités afin d’identifier et d’atteindre les objectifs tout en maintenant de solides relations de travail.

·Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement en français au Québec et en anglais avec les membres de l’équipe interne et les clients externes situés à l’extérieur du Québec.

· Excellentes aptitudes en recherche et en résolution de problèmes, incluant la capacité d’analyser, comparer, évaluer, concilier des informations et en dégager des recommandations concrètes et des actions à entreprendre.

· Expérience souhaitée avec des outils tels que Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ainsi qu’une capacité démontrée à apprendre rapidement de nouvelles technologies.

· Capacité exceptionnelle d’écoute active et de communication efficace avec des prospects et des clients, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, à travers divers moyens de communication.

· Esprit d’équipe démontrant une attitude positive, une bonne gestion du stress et la volonté de proposer des idées créatives et innovantes pour stimuler les résultats.

· Grande rigueur, sens du détail, approche méthodique et orientée vers les processus.

· Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.

· Doit être autonome, proactif(ve) et fortement motivé(e) à développer ses connaissances, ses compétences et sa carrière.

 

NielsenIQ Canada is searching for a meticulous and highly organized Sales Development Representative to oversee, nurture, and expand the number of qualified leads and the sales pipeline. This role focuses primarily on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, social media, and phone outreach to targeted accounts. The objective is to schedule initial qualified meetings for the commercial sales team. 

Efficiency and strong organizational skills are essential, as the Sales Development Representative will serve as a brand ambassador for NIQ Canada. As the initial point of contact for prospects interested in NielsenIQ solutions, this position is crucial in establishing the tone for the subsequent sales cycle. Professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills are fundamental to success in this role. 

The ideal candidate should possess a genuine interest in data and analytics, the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, and market research related to the Canadian sales market. This individual will be a highly energized self-starter who thrives in autonomous work environments while demonstrating the ability to build strong, cross-functional relationships with internal team members and sales stakeholders. Additionally, the Sales Development Representative will engage externally with high-level decision makers and prospective clients to foster business growth and opportunity. 

 

Accountabilities: 

· Learn continuously and develop into an industry and NielsenIQ solutions expert 

· Conduct predominantly outbound prospecting activities (phone calls, email, social media) into target accounts to identify, connect and engage (schedule meetings) with decision makers in order to generate qualified, sales-ready leads 

Create repeatable success framework to execute consistently month over month driving execution of daily, weekly and monthly activity cadence plans that maximize prospecting efficiency and effectiveness including; account and contact-level research, pre-call planning and hyper-personalized messaging via key channels 

· Effectively pitch products and solutions to key decision makers at all levels of a prospect’s organization by understanding their needs and demonstrating how NielsenIQ solutions can meet their requirements 

· Respond to and effectively qualify inbound inquiries in a timely manner to assess sales readiness and qualifications prior to connecting prospects with sales resources 

· Support the success of marketing sponsored in-person and virtual events; including pre-event promotion to drive attendance and post-event follow up to engage and qualify prospects for sales 

· Meet and exceed key activity and performance metrics for calls, emails, social touches, appointments scheduled, conversion to opportunity, and beyond 

· Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead and prospecting activities by consistently adhering to defined lead management processes and SLAs 

· Build relationships with aligned sales team members to nurture leads through opportunity and ensure lead quality is driving conversion to pipeline and revenue 

Qualifications: 

·Post secondary degree/diploma plus at least 2 years of predominately outbound sales or complementary experience that directly translates to an outbound sales motion.  

· Professional experience on a customer-focused performance-driven, high-growth, fast-paced sales, service or marketing team 

· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to identify and reach desired outcomes while maintaining strong relationships 

·Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in French within Québec and in English with internal team members and external clients outside Québec.

· Excellent researching and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and derive actionable insights and next steps 

· Experience preferred with tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ability to quickly learn new technologies 

· Exceptional ability to actively listen to, and effectively communicate with, prospects and customers in a variety of mediums, such as written or verbal 

· Team player that exhibits a positive attitude, composure under pressure and willingness to think out of the box to drive results 

· Detail oriented, methodical and process driven mentality 

· Sound time management and organizational skills 

· Must be a self-starter and highly ambitious to grow knowledge, skills and career
