At SDSC, we’re driving innovation in surgical data science. But innovation doesn’t happen in a silo—and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a mid-level Partnership Manager to lead and grow relationships with medical institutions, researchers, and industry collaborators. You'll work at the intersection of AI, data, and medicine—helping shape research that can transform surgical outcomes worldwide.

🚀 What you’ll do:
  • Spot and spark new research collaborations with hospitals, universities, and tech partners

  • Make sure partner voices are heard in our tech roadmap

  • Align internal teams with external needs—translating science into strategy

  • Co-create initiatives like joint webinars, events, and shared content

  • Keep partnerships thriving through smart measurement and continuous improvement

🧩 What you bring:
  • 3+ years in partnerships, biz dev, or research collabs—healthcare or academic focus a plus

  • Confident navigating technical or research-heavy environments

  • Strong grasp of healthcare data, med research, or AI technologies

  • Great with people—and even better at keeping things moving

  • Comfortable using CRMs and SDR tools

  • Proactive, organized, and always a few steps ahead

❤️ Why this role matters:

You won’t just manage relationships.
You’ll shape how life-changing research comes to life—and how it’s shared with the world.

At SDSC, you’ll get:

  • 🧠 To work with brilliant minds in medicine, AI, and research

  • 🌍 A mission that improves real-world surgical outcomes

  • 🕓 Remote flexibility (we love EST, but open to others)

  • 🚀 Growth opportunities in a high-impact, growing organization
