As our RFV business continues to grow, we anticipate the need for Project Coordinators who are passionate about data, agriculture, customer and operational excellence. While we may not have an immediate opening, we are proactively connecting with individuals who would be a strong fit as opportunities arise.
About the Role (Future Opportunity)
The RFV Project Coordinator will support the collection, organization, and validation of project data, while assisting in reporting and coordination activities. This customer/external-facing role provides hands-on experience in project coordination within a fast-growing, data-driven environment, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.
What You Might Work On
- Supporting data collection and organization for RFV reporting
- Supporting client data intake and coordination, helping ensure timely and accurate information gathering
- Communicating with clients and partners to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Assisting in delivering a high-quality client experience through organized, responsive project support
- Assisting with report preparation and summaries
- Performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinating with internal teams to track project progress and deadlines
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in connecting with individuals who bring:
- 1–3+ years of experience in data, operations, project coordination, or analytics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (PowerBI or similar tools a plus)
- Comfort working with datasets, systems, or CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Interest in agriculture, agronomy, or regulated programs
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about Residual Fertility (Section 180)
