Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze Training Program Effectiveness: Evaluate the performance and impact of retail training programs using data-driven insights, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Generate Actionable Insights: Translate qualitative and quantitative data from training assessments, field feedback, and performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for program enhancements
  • Maintain Training Dashboards & Validate Data Accuracy: Manage and update training dashboards to ensure consistent visibility into program performance, while validating data inputs to maintain accuracy, integrity, and reliability for reporting and decision-making
  • Support Ad Hoc Reporting Needs: Respond to varying reporting and data requests from stakeholders, delivering timely and accurate insights that support evolving business priorities and strategic initiatives

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field - or
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in training analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop actionable, data-driven solutions
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple priorities while ensuring alignment with business goals
    • Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets , including advanced formulas and dashboard creation
    • Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for automation, reporting, and workflow optimization
    • Solid working knowledge of SQL , with specific experience in Microsoft SQL Server environments
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio , Power BI , or Tableau

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
