This is a 6-month contractor position expected to work 40 hours/week.
THE ROLE

We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytically-minded Retention & Loyalty Analyst to support the loyalty and retention programs at AG1 on a contract basis. This role sits at the intersection of reporting, experimentation, and cross-functional program operations. You'll help manage A/B testing across our loyalty and retention initiatives, keep a close pulse on how programs are performing, and dig into the data to identify gaps and opportunities the business should be acting on. You'll partner closely with Data Science, DIT, and program owners to keep tests moving, reporting sharp, and MBR/QBR materials ready to go.

This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable independently owning a recurring analytics and reporting cadence while also bringing forward original insight and recommendations, not just tracking what's already known.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Help manage A/B testing across loyalty and retention initiatives. Inclusive of loyalty tests and at-cancel, winback, and churn-prevention experiments. You will support test setup, monitoring, readout, and recommendations
  • Monitor performance across loyalty and retention programs, including loyalty initiatives, early intervention, at-cancel, and winback/reactivation dashboards, proactively flagging trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain KPI tracking, scorecards, and recurring reporting across both loyalty and churn/retention metrics (e.g., save rate, involuntary vs. voluntary churn, winback conversion)
  • Analyze results across loyalty and retention programs to identify gaps and opportunities in the business, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Manage the merch planning process for our loyalty program, including tracking inventory and planning replenishment
  • Prepare supporting data and materials for MBR/QBR reporting on loyalty performance, cancellations, and retention

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3 years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience developing and maintaining recurring scorecards or dashboards
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and statistical significance, with experience supporting or helping manage tests
  • A proactive, curious approach to data — comfortable digging past the surface-level numbers to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Familiarity with the business KPIs used to measure loyalty, retention, and/or e-commerce performance (e.g., LTV, purchase frequency, churn rate, save rate)
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Comfort working with data science partners to scope, submit, and follow up on analytics requests
  • Experience with ticketing/project tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) to manage a recurring reporting cadence and cross-functional follow-up
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent "can-do" attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • A full life outside of work with personal passions and hobbies!

 WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
  • Competitive hourly compensation.
  • A 100% remote working environment (excluding Laboratory positions), which has been implemented from day one.
  • A strong company culture that is enforced through the hiring process to ensure values alignment and a highly collaborative team.
  • A mission-driven approach to everything that we do, with an overall goal to significantly improve our customers’ health and wellness.
  • A high-growth, dynamic environment with opportunities for your direct impact to be felt.
  • In-person team meetups for optimal collaboration, team building and accelerating productivity.
  • A work environment and culture that is based on high performance, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to work with passionate, high-growth, business-minded colleagues who bring their all to our mission each and every day.
  • Access to AG1 products and branded swag.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
