  • Manage and align Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery of retention initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs while maintaining transparency and communication across all departments.
  • Analyze customer behavior, churn trends, and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable improvements.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaigns and improve conversion.
  • Contribute to customer journey mapping, loyalty programs, and post-purchase experience improvements to build long-term retention.
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key insights, challenges, and optimization recommendations.

  • Proven record in customer lifetime value, loyalty programs, or retention project management.
  • Familiarity with CRM, automation, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of AI automation or ChatGPT/LLM tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent command of English (upper-intermediate to fluent).

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mentality.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
