Details
Start date: Immediate (exact date flexible)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) plus possible OT
Pay Rate: $42 per hour plus potential overtime at time and a half
Location: Remote, but residency requirement in one of the following states: California, Delaware, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Florida or Texas. Remote work outside of these states or outside of the United States is not permitted.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Relativity searches, research and analyze legal issues, prepare chronologies and timelines, draft legal memoranda and pleadings, compile deposition kits, and provide legal support to the case team
Qualifications
JD: Required
Bar membership: Admitted in any state, must be active and in good standing
Skills: Strong Relativity skills and proficiency is required
Employment: All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US
