As a Revenue Operations Analyst Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Sr Director of Revenue Operations, you will leverage Salesforce expertise, advanced analytics, and strategic insights to optimize our go-to-market (GTM) processes, enhance decision-making, and scale revenue operations. This is a remote position with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven execution.

What Will You Do:

  • Strategic Revenue Analysis & Reporting

    • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards in Salesforce to track KPIs such as pipeline health, win/loss rates, ARR/MRR, and churn.

    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, forecast revenue, and uncover growth opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights for leadership.

    • Partner with Finance,Sales, and Customer Success to refine quota-setting, territory planning, and commission structures.

  • Salesforce Optimization & Data Governance

    • Administer Salesforce CRM, including data hygiene, workflow automation (e.g., Process Builder, Flows), and integration with tools like HubSpot or Outreach.

    • Enforce data standards and governance policies to ensure accuracy across systems.

    • Build complex reports and dashboards to support sales forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Identify bottlenecks in lead-to-close processes and implement scalable solutions.

    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies and improve operational workflows.

    • Mentor junior analysts and lead initiatives to standardize best practices.

  • Revenue Enablement

    • Design training programs and documentation to drive Salesforce adoption and process compliance.

    • Support pricing strategy and deal structuring for complex enterprise contracts.

What Have You Done:

Experience: 5+ years in revenue/sales operations, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech.

Technical Skills 

  • Advanced Salesforce administration (certification a plus).

  • Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling) and BI tools (Tableau/Looker).

  • Familiarity with SQL, HubSpot, or marketing automation platforms.

  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret complex data sets, forecast revenue, and communicate insights to executives.

  • Leadership: Experience mentoring junior team members and leading cross-departmental projects.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA a plus.

  • Experience in open-source software or database technologies.

  • Knowledge of subscription-based revenue models and SaaS metrics.
