Our reputation is built on the expertise, dedication, and professionalism of our team, and we’re proud to foster a culture where talented people can do meaningful work and grow their careers.

Magna Legal Services is seeking a sharp, technically minded Revenue Operations Analyst to manage the day-to-day operations of our go-to-market data and technology stack. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of sales operations, Salesforce administration, analytics, and sales enablement and reports to the Director of Revenue Operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on RevOps or SalesOps experience and is ready to take on broader ownership. You should be equally comfortable working in Salesforce, analyzing data in Excel or Google Sheets, and helping sales representatives get more value from the tools they use.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce administration, including maintaining data integrity; configuring fields, objects, flows, reports, and dashboards; and providing day-to-day support to the sales team
  • Analyze CRM, finance, and operational data to surface insights and help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions
  • Identify, improve, and automate manual processes, particularly repetitive work that can be streamlined or scaled
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and BI on cross-functional projects, including data enrichment, system integrations, and reporting infrastructure
  • Serve as a trusted resource for the sales team by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping representatives use existing tools more effectively
  • Support sales enablement through office hours, training sessions, and how-to documentation that strengthen CRM fluency across the team
  • Build strong relationships with users across varying levels of technical proficiency; patience and approachability are as important as technical skill
  • Document processes, system changes, and reporting logic to improve consistency and support long-term scalability

Desired Background

  • 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, GTM technology, or sales enablement, with hands-on ownership of systems, data, or processes
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including building flows, cleaning data, managing objects and fields, and troubleshooting independently
  • Strong data skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency and experience working with large datasets, pivot tables, and translating findings into a clear business narrative
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity to understand the “why” behind a request before determining the “how”
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts and problems to non-technical audiences
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or productivity in a professional setting
  • Exposure to GTM tools such as sales automation, data enrichment, conversational intelligence, sequencing, or BI platforms

Who You Are

  • You’re more operator than administrator, with a desire to understand the business rather than simply configure the system
  • You have a bias toward building scalable solutions rather than answering the same question twice
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete data, exercise sound judgment, and document your assumptions
  • You proactively identify and resolve broken or inefficient processes
  • You genuinely enjoy helping people and view user support as an important part of the role
  • You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including sales leaders, Finance, and senior GTM leadership
