ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to support LiveFlow’s Go-to-Market (GTM) systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who is a systems thinker: detail-oriented, understands the modern revenue tech stack, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with our RevOps Manager and GTM teams (GTM and Sales) to ensure our systems are accurate, efficient, and scalable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Execute AI-driven GTM operations: ensure data consistency, scalability, and automation.

  • Leverage AI for day-to-day operations such as list building, data enrichment, email campaign setup, and lead routing.

  • Manage integrations across tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Chili Piper, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, etc.

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards under guidance from the RevOps Manager.

  • Provide timely support to team members.

  • Support system documentation and process guides for operational consistency.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in a SalesOps, RevOps, GTM Ops, or Sales Support role

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (bonus if you’ve done any admin/config work)

  • Basic understanding of GTM tools like Apollo, Metabase, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, or similar

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through large data sets methodically

  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills

  • You thrive working at speed and are a fast learner

  • You are a team player — this is a highly cross-functional, collaborative role

  • You are a great communicator who enjoys helping others and solving practical issues

BONUS EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company

  • Exposure to data enrichment, lead scoring, or routing logic

  • Hands-on work with Zapier, Clay, or other automation and AI tools

WHY JOIN US

  • Play a key support role in scaling our GTM engine

  • Work on a fast-paced team with visibility across sales, marketing, and product

  • Be part of a company that values speed, experimentation, and thoughtful growth

BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • All the latest tech you need: MacBooks, monitors, etc.

  • Monthly budget to spend on books and conferences to keep learning

  • 28 days paid vacation + 9 holidays

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
