On the heels of a Series C funding led by General Catalyst, Elevate K-12 is enjoying strong business momentum, with revenue growing at 100% y-o-y and plans to double again next year. To continue this momentum, we are investing in building a strong product and technology function to power the next generation of solutions for students, teachers, and schools/districts. The Elevate Software Engineering team is delivering cutting-edge educational software at an enterprise scale, ensuring seamless consumer-grade experiences that support our mission. 

Job Summary:  

We are looking for a Senior Sales (Revenue Operations) Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for enabling data-driven sales strategies and directly impacting the company's financial and commercial success. The ideal candidate will be the analytic engine for sales and go-to-market intelligence, as well as the steward for all data governance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Weekly Reporting and Forecasts: Build and generate weekly pipeline, demand generation / top-of-funnel, and sales forecasting reports. Prepare regular insights memos that summarize and distil trends for executive audiences. 
  • In-Depth Sales Intelligence: Execute ad-hoc, more rigorous analysis in partnership with the CRO and/or Head of Revenue Operations to test hypotheses, improve go-to-market processes, refine seller focus, or more. Support quarterly business review process.    
  • Account Segmentation and Quota Framework: Develop ongoing account segmentation, territory, and quota framework. Support annual sales planning and outcomes modelling exercise.  
  • Monthly Commission Cycle: Execute monthly commission calculations in Elevate K-12 Sales Incentive Management system. Develop and manage workflows for payout approvals, payout inquiries, and general plan administration.  
  • Data Stewardship and Integrity: Maintain a data dictionary for organization-wide alignment on core Sales Reporting fields and metrics. Partner with CRM System Administrator to deploy rules, validations, and more to improve ongoing data integrity. 

Required Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Meticulous with Numbers: Advanced Excel power-user (arrays, Power Query, VBA a plus) 
  • Sales Strategy Understanding: Ability to derive insights that correlate to Sales Team or company objectives 
  • Sales Commission Process Familiarity: Prior involvement in sales commission processes 
  • Proactive Ownership: Drives tasks without hand-holding; demonstrated ability to independently design analytic outputs and synthesize insights aligned to desired business outcomes 
  • Clear Communication: Familiar collaborating with cross-time-zone stakeholders; comfortable challenging sellers/sales managers and spotting data hygiene gaps 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Predictive Sales Modelling: Experience building predictive lead/opportunity scoring models, predictive forecasts, or other advanced statistical or AI-driven business modelling techniques 
  • System and Tools: Analyst certification or equivalent experience in Excel, Power BI, and/or other Revenue Tech Systems (including Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, Salesloft, and Captivate IQ).  
  • Market Familiarity: Familiar with the K-12 education market in the United States 
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years in Sales/Revenue/Business Ops or FP&A supporting SaaS/Tech, EdTech, or other high-growth tech companies serving US customers 
  • Education: MBA or BA in Business/Commerce or Engineering/Statistics preferred 
  • Shift Timings – Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
