We are hiring Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager is a leadership role within LXT’s Growth organization, responsible for architecting, operationalizing, and evolving the systems, processes, and solution frameworks that enable scalable, predictable revenue growth.

This role serves as a critical connector across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Delivery, ensuring that revenue strategy is tightly aligned with operational execution across the full customer lifecycle—from early technical discovery and solution design through deal execution and delivery handoff.

While the initial focus emphasizes revenue operations excellence, solution strategy, and pre-sales enablement, this role is intentionally designed to expand in scope over time. As LXT continues to scale, the RevOps Manager will increasingly contribute to service strategy, professional services development, competitive analysis, and leadership initiatives, positioning the role as a meaningful forward step in career progression.

This role does not carry direct enterprise sales quota ownership, but plays a critical strategic role in shaping, enabling, and scaling revenue through operational leadership, solution strategy, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Operations & Technical Pre-Sales Enablement

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and use cases across LXT’s AI/ML training data and related service lines.
  • Serve as a trusted technical and operational advisor during complex sales cycles, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with LXT’s delivery capabilities.
  • Support technical discovery, solution walkthroughs, and capability demonstrations as needed.
  • Translate customer challenges into structured solution components aligned with LXT’s operating model and service portfolio.

Solution Design & Operational Scoping

  • Lead end-to-end solution design for complex customer engagements, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational readiness.
  • Define scope, delivery models, workflows, resourcing requirements, assumptions, and success criteria for proposed solutions.
  • Partner with Sourcing, Delivery, Quality, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams to assess feasibility, risk, and execution readiness.
  • Establish and continuously improve repeatable solution frameworks, templates, and documentation to increase consistency and speed across pre-sales and deal execution.

Quote Processing & Deal Enablement

  • Own and optimize the quote input and deal enablement process, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with approved solution designs.
  • Provide pricing guidance and modeling support to Account Executives, balancing competitiveness, margin expectations, and operational risk.
  • Oversee pre-execution readiness activities in collaboration with Account Executives, including internal documentation, assumptions validation, and delivery kickoff preparation.
  • Ensure smooth, structured handoffs to Delivery teams with complete and validated solution documentation.

Service, Market & Growth Strategy Advisory

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Growth leadership on service portfolio evolution, pricing structures, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Lead structured competitive analysis across AI training data services, managed services, and emerging professional services offerings, providing insights into market positioning and differentiation.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams to shape future professional services and higher-value solution offerings, including advisory, evaluation frameworks, and premium service layers.
  • Identify gaps, scalability challenges, and opportunities for innovation within existing and future service offerings.
  • Support pilots and proof-of-concept engagements, helping define success metrics, evaluation criteria, and paths to scalable adoption.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic connector across Growth, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure revenue strategies are executable and scalable.
  • Partner with Technology and Operations leaders to align tooling, automation, and delivery models with evolving revenue and service strategies.
  • Translate market feedback, deal complexity, and customer requirements into actionable internal priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving deal velocity, solution quality, and execution readiness.

Leadership Growth & Career Progression

The RevOps Manager role is intentionally structured to evolve in scope and impact as the organization grows. Over time, this role is expected to expand to include:

  • People leadership, including building and leading a RevOps, Solutions, or Deal Enablement team
  • Increased ownership of revenue operations strategy, governance, and enablement frameworks
  • Potential ownership of a strategic account portfolio or complex programs where deep solution and operational leadership is required
  • Expanded influence over professional services strategy, solution innovation, and growth enablement
  • A clear progression path toward senior growth, strategy, or commercial leadership roles within LXT

This role is designed to transition from individual strategic leadership to a multiplier of organizational impact.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or related roles in AI/ML, data services, or complex technology environments
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML data workflows, annotation processes, evaluation, and data lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to design and communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with pricing models, deal support, and operational scoping
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
