About This Job

Dutchie is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the Revenue Operations team as an Individual Contributor. You will own project and change management across all of GTM: Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

As RevOps continues to drive cross-functional initiatives at scale, we need someone who not only keeps projects on track, but who can architect and land organizational change with front-line teams and leadership alike. You will work closely with RevOps functional leads and GTM stakeholders at all levels to turn strategy into execution.

The ideal candidate is process and data-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity at all levels, and has a bias toward action. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on how Dutchie's customer facing teams operate and grow.

What You'll Do...
  • Lead end-to-end project management for GTM-wide initiatives — including scoping, planning, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Own change management for process and system rollouts, developing adoption strategies, training plans, and feedback loops for front-line GTM teams
  • Partner with RevOps functional leads across Sales Ops, GTM PM, and Analytics to drive initiatives from design through execution
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards that support team objectives and provide critical operational visibility to the Revenue organization
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc revenue and sales reports for leadership, analyzing and surfacing trends and opportunities
  • Analyze, streamline, and enhance revenue operations processes across the full GTM org — Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Develop detailed project plans including goals, success markers, ownership, milestones, and communication requirements — then drive execution against them
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and proactively follow up with key team members to maintain momentum and accountability
  • Serve as the liaison between GTM teams and IT/Business Systems to understand technical requirements, resource allocations, and scope for system changes
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels — from individual contributors to the CRO
  • Measure project performance post-launch to identify areas of improvement and quantify business impact
  • Document business processes, data models, solutions, and implementations to ensure consistency, repeatability, and organizational knowledge
What You Bring...
  • Project and program management experience — cross-functional, across various project sizes and complexity levels
  • Demonstrated change management experience — proven ability to drive adoption of new processes or systems with front-line teams
  • Operational mindset with strong problem-solving skills; comfortable working through ambiguity
  • Data-driven approach to measuring project outcomes and process improvements
  • Strong communication and influence skills — able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from ICs to the CRO
It’s a Bonus if You…
  • SaaS experience
  • Salesforce (CRM) and/or HubSpot (Marketing platform) and/or Zendesk experience
  • Experience with revenue management or Support/Customer Success organizations
  • Reporting and analysis skills; ability to work with and interpret complex data sets
  • Experience with Monday.com or a comparable project management tool
You’ll Get…

We are targeting a starting salary $85,000 - $115,000 based on the intended level for this role.

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care.
  • Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees.
  • Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance
  • Flexible vacation and sick days

At Dutchie, we’re committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Dutchie believes that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success, and we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
