As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll spearhead the adoption of a new promotional measurement framework and help refine our promotional strategy. You will use your data-savvy mindset to closely evaluate the impact of our promotional campaigns using insights derived from rigorous analysis and experimentation. Your strategic thinking will be critical to ensuring DraftKings can accurately evaluate the impact of promotional campaigns and make smarter, faster decisions across the Online Sports Betting business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 85,600.00 USD - 107,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What you'll do as a Revenue Operations Specialist
- Lead implementation and business-wide adoption of DraftKings' new promotional measurement framework.
- Investigate, analyze, and clearly communicate the performance of promotional campaigns relative to defined objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
- Generate actionable insights that drive measurable improvements to customer long-term value and revenue outcomes.
- Propose new frameworks, tools, or methodologies to better assess campaign efficiency and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (i.e. Analytics, Sports Owners) to align measurement goals, ensure data transparency and communicate on promotional success.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in business analytics, marketing science, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma and Looker.
- Experience evaluating A/B tests, campaign lift, or other experiment methodologies.
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous data into clear, concise narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; comfortable challenging assumptions and asking "why".
- Familiarity with revenue or promotional metrics in digital consumer or gaming businesses is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in cross-functional environments.
