What We Offer
CloudX is building the infrastructure layer for mobile ad monetization. As our client portfolio grows, we are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to power the successful launch and growth of our clients. In this role, you'll own real-time revenue intelligence, post-launch measurement, and account optimizations that help our Partner Success team move faster and smarter.
You'll be embedded in the commercial team — working alongside Partner Success (PS), BD, and Engineering daily — and your outputs will directly influence publisher decisions, floor strategies, and demand partner prioritization. You will raise the quality bar for how we measure, monitor, and achieve publisher revenue growth.
What You'll Own
- Own the revenue analytics for a portfolio of publisher accounts — PS owns commercial relationships, you own the data story end-to-end
- Produce comprehensive Publisher Revenue reports for every launch: pre-launch baseline, post-launch performance, Revenue lift %, and mediation SOV/SOW breakdowns by platform and demand source
- Serve as the data lead for publisher launches — define the measurement plan with PS team, baseline pre-launch performance, and produce the post-launch readout that goes back to the publisher
- Surface growth opportunities within existing accounts: underperforming placements, missing demand sources, floor optimization, mediation gaps
- Proactively flag revenue discrepancies, data gaps, and reporting anomalies before publishers notice them
- Analyze demand partner health and performance — SOV/SOW, eCPM, win rates, fill — to inform floor strategies, demand prioritization, and optimizations
- Work with Product and Engineering on data quality issues and instrumentation gaps you hit in your account work
- Build tooling that scales the RevOps function — automated reporting, alerting, and self-serve dashboards that reduce manual work and surface insights at scale
What We're Looking For
Required
- 5+ years in ad tech, mobile monetization, revenue analytics, or a RevOps-adjacent role in a fast-paced, product-driven organization
- Proven track record — you've scoped and delivered analytics work end-to-end without day-to-day direction, and you've owned a function rather than just executing assigned tasks
- Strong SQL — specifically ClickHouse or equivalent columnar query experience; comfortable writing production queries against impression-level event data
- Experience partnering with commercial teams and interfacing with clients — comfortable translating data into PS-ready and customer-facing narratives
- Pre/post and A/B test measurement experience in a monetization or growth context
- Comfortable in real-time, high-stakes environments — expected to produce accurate impact assessments during incidents within hours
- Strong communication: translating complex data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders (PS, BD, publishers)
Preferred
- Prior experience at a mobile ad mediation / SSP / DSP (MoPub, MAX, ironSource, Digital Turbine, PubMatic, Magnite, etc.)
- Experience with agentic workflows for data analysis and automation
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis
- Comfortable reading ad tech reporting APIs (AdMob, Unity, Meta, etc.)
- Exposure to OpenRTB or programmatic auction mechanics
- Familiarity with Rill, Metabase, Hex, Looker, or equivalent BI tools
- Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tooling
- Competitive salary + equity + commission + benefits
- Remote work flexibility
- Work directly with MoPub/MAX founding team
- Shape the future of publisher monetization infrastructure
