About Invoca:

Invoca leads the revenue execution platform market by using AI to link online marketing with offline sales teams and optimize every stage of the buying journey. With over 300 employees, 2,000+ customers, and $100 million in revenue, there are tremendous opportunities to continue growing the business. We are building a world-class SaaS company and have raised over $184 million from leading venture capitalists, including Upfront Ventures, Accel, Silver Lake Waterman, H.I.G. Growth Partners, and Salesforce Ventures.

About the Team:

Our Revenue Operations team is the engine behind our go-to-market success: a cross-functional squad committed to tackling complex challenges head-on and accelerating business growth. We partner closely across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline processes, implement innovative systems, and drive efficiencies. We thrive on collaboration, leaning on each other’s expertise to figure it out, and we embrace extreme ownership, ensuring every project is delivered with accountability and excellence.

About the Role:

As a Revenue Technology Systems Analyst on the Revenue Operations team, you will be the hands‑on owner of our GTM application stack: Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Clari, Cognism, and more. Your mission is to ensure our revenue tech infrastructure runs seamlessly to support a high-performing sales and marketing engine. You will focus on improving systems integrations, automating manual workflows, increasing tool adoption, and driving efficiencies across our funnel.

This role sits at the intersection of systems and go-to-market execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Salesforce administration, to execute high-impact technology initiatives and ensure data and process integrity across the revenue stack. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Technology and Process, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving pipeline creation, seller productivity, and data-driven decision making.

You Will:
  • Own & enhance the stack - Administer, configure, and continuously improve Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Clari, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the rest of our GTM toolkit; manage licenses, user profiles, and release impacts.
  • Triage & resolve - Serve as the first line of technical support for any GTM applications: diagnose and resolve tool issues quickly, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and restore uptime fast so sellers stay focused on selling.
  • Support pipeline acceleration – Enable faster prospecting, cleaner targeting, and simpler execution through smart workflows and data hygiene.
  • Automate & integrate - Design an AI‑first workflow using low‑/no‑code automations and smart integrations to eliminate manual steps and retire technical debt.
  • Guard data quality - Oversee enrichment routines, deduplication, and validation rules to keep data clean, current, and sales‑ready.
  • Maximize ROI - Track application adoption, usage trends, and performance against business outcomes; propose optimization opportunities and manage tool evaluations as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally – Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; assist in building enablement documentation and onboarding guides for end users.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing go-to-market technology in a B2B SaaS environment
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Admin Certification required
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring and optimizing apps such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Clay, Clari, and Gong
  • A strong curiosity for new technology and how AI can be used to scale the business
  • Experience building and managing workflows, integrations, and automations across sales and marketing tech stacks
  • Understanding of GTM operations and how tools influence deal velocity, lead management, and sales performance
  • Familiarity with data governance, enrichment tools, and deduplication practices
  • A thorough understanding of SFDC best practices and functionality
  • Hands-on experience in performing complex data loads and management
  • An eager approach to learning, helping, and growing within the team
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in your work. Allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
