Job Type: Full-Time

Company Mission:

To empower companies by building scalable, data-driven RevOps solutions that drive visibility, efficiency, and growth. We are the RevOps partner for our clients at every stage of their growth journey—laying strong foundations, optimizing systems, and providing strategic guidance—ensuring that each organization is equipped to achieve its full revenue potential.

We founded Operatus with the firm belief that Revenue Operations plays a critical role in sustainably growing and scaling an organization. We know that capable RevOps resources are in short supply, and our goal is to fill this gap in the ecosystem by ensuring access to skilled professionals on a fractional and affordable basis. Our key principles are subject matter expertise, clear and timely communication, and professionalism.

We strive for our clients to consider us part of their team and are mutually invested in their success. By providing deep experience and outsized value in a challenging and ever-changing environment, we see Operatus as the future of Revenue Operations. And for our team, we strive to be a great place to advance your career as a hub for accelerated learning and growth in RevOps.

Role Description:

As a RevOps Associate, you will support the Operatus team in delivering analytical and process-based solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has an interest in Go-to-Market (GTM) processes and is eager to learn how to leverage Salesforce data and systems to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will work within a project team, executing tasks under supervision and growing your expertise in Salesforce, GTM tools, and RevOps methodologies. You will work with one of our Revenue Operations Architects on approximately 3-4 concurrent projects. The Architect will gather requirements from clients and work directly with you to plan solutions, which you will then execute building.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with configuration and data entry tasks across GTM systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce (CRM).
  • Support data cleanup efforts and ensure data quality and integrity across revenue systems, performing data audits within Salesforce.
  • Configure reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide visibility and track performance metrics for sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Contribute to analysis and document current-state GTM processes and policies, showing how they are executed within Salesforce.
  • Assist in the design of key performance indicators (KPIs) for our clients, supporting the analytical needs using Salesforce reporting tools.
  • Provide support for system testing, basic configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
  • Learn and utilize various RevOps and GTM tools, processes, and methodologies as a continuous learner.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a business analysis, reporting, or systems support role.
  • High level of comfort in Sales Cloud and at least 1 year directly supporting and working closely with Sales teams
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and building dashboards to visualize performance, ideally within a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Basic understanding of GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) process flow.
  • Strong foundational problem-solving and basic communication skills, with an ability to follow guidance.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage last-minute, urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in achieving certifications and career growth in the RevOps space.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting documentation efforts and building process maps.
  • Strong skills in Excel or other data manipulation/query tools.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and their connection to Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Sales Engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) and their integration with Salesforce.
Salary + Benefits & Perks:
  • Work remotely, no commuting to the office.
  • Competitive USD salary.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
