RFx items for this team include responses to requests for proposals and information (RFPs and RFIs) and information security questionnaires/risk assessments. This position will require a significant focus on IT security and working with subject matter experts relevant service/product/business knowledge.

This position offers a total compensation range of $81,800.00 to $105,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Project manage and complete responses to RFx and information security/risk questionnaires.
- Track incoming requests, identify and assign content response owners, track progress and manage deadlines, reviewing final documents with the Senior Manager, RFx/Proposal Team, and delivering final responses on time.
- Help update RFx/proposal content management tools and associated collateral, which involves collecting key questions and answers from submitted RFx responses, prepping asset documentation for upload, and working alongside product teams to refresh product information upon each release.
- Maintain relationships and partnerships with key SMEs and internal partners to ensure accuracy of responses and messaging integrity.
- Grow and maintain a working knowledge of Imprivata, Imprivata solutions, and RFx/proposal topics assigned to proactively help the quality and accuracy of standard RFx proposal content and responses.
- Contribute to the team's success by engaging in assigned roles as part of group projects or overall department initiatives.
- Remain flexible to organizational needs and take part in special projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or an applicable discipline related to Imprivata's core business.
- At least 5 years of proposal work experience.
- Exceptional organization, project management, and attention to detail to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, as well as Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and SalesForce.
- Experience with proposal automation and content management tools (e.g., Loopio).
- Excellent communication and social skills for interactions across the organization at many levels.
