  • Configure RTCDP components including identity namespaces, datasets, schemas, and mapping workflows

  • Implement batch and streaming ingestion pipelines using Adobe sources, connectors, and APIs

  • Configure segment definitions, audience sharing, and activation readiness checks

  • Validate end-to-end data flow from ingestion → profile → segmentation → activation

Identity & Profile Architecture
  • Design and implement identity stitching strategies across CRM IDs, ECIDs, hashed emails, AAIDs, and other identifiers

  • Configure and validate identity graphs to ensure accurate stitching and profile completeness

  • Troubleshoot identity issues including profile fragmentation, namespace conflicts, and declining match rates

Data Modeling & Governance
  • Map CRM, behavioral, transactional, and event data to appropriate XDM classes and field groups

  • Implement data governance, consent enforcement, and data minimization rules for activation

  • Ensure data quality, normalization, deduplication, and schema consistency across datasets

Segmentation & Activation

  • Configure and test activation destinations such as:

    • Paid media platforms

    • Email and marketing automation tools

    • Cloud and file-based export destinations

  • Validate activation accuracy, latency, and downstream audience performance

Cross-Solution Collaboration
  • Partner with AEP engineers to align schemas, datasets, and identity requirements

  • Work with AJO teams to ensure journeys and decisioning logic receive accurate audience inputs

  • Support CJA teams by aligning profile and event datasets for reporting and analysis

  • Collaborate with client and Adobe architects to ensure interoperability across systems

Quality, Testing & Delivery
  • Monitor ingestion success, data lineage, schema adherence, and governance compliance

  • Conduct QA across profiles, identities, segments, and activation endpoints

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data completeness, identity match rates, or activation discrepancies

  • Produce technical documentation including mappings, runbooks, and implementation artifacts

Required Skills & ExperiencePlatform Expertise
  • Adobe Real-Time CDP (core implementation and configuration)

  • Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, datasets, identities, sources)

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (audience sharing and orchestration inputs)

  • Customer Journey Analytics (dataset readiness and alignment)

  • Familiarity with AEM Assets where metadata-driven segmentation applies

Data & Technical Expertise
  • Identity stitching and profile unification strategies

  • XDM schema design and mapping

  • Event-to-profile data linkage

  • Data governance, privacy, and consent enforcement

  • Batch and streaming ingestion pipelines

Integration & Solution Experience
  • Integrations with CRM platforms, ad platforms, Marketo, ESPs, Workfront, and web/mobile analytics tools

  • Experience with AEP Query Service and Data Distiller for analysis and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Background in enterprise MarTech and CDP ecosystems

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
