Mission:

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Regional Vice President to lead our Digital Native Business (DNB) Geo team across North America (2nd line leadership). You will oversee a high-performing team of Directors and senior Account Executives responsible for driving new logo acquisition, expanding existing customer relationships, and accelerating Databricks adoption across innovative, cloud-native companies. This team is passionate about empowering digital-first organizations to scale through data, AI, and the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You will report to the Vice President of the Digital Native Business.

What you will do:

  • Build, inspire, and lead a team of high-performing Directors and Enterprise Account Executives focused on driving growth across DNB markets within North America.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer obsession—anchored in delivering measurable value and exceptional outcomes.
  • Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with customers and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption and success with the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
  • Champion continuous learning and technical excellence, ensuring your team stays ahead of product innovation and the evolving data and AI landscape.
  • Drive North American growth plans with precision—ensuring forecast accuracy, operational rigor, and predictable, high-growth business performance.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced, high-scale environments.
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling and structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Strong experience cultivating partner ecosystems to expand reach and accelerate growth in strategic territories.
  • Expertise in scaling usage-based and bookings-driven sales models.
