*This is a remote position that must be based in one of the following locations with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Washington D.C.; Florida; Ohio

Job Summary

We're looking for an exceptional sales leader to build and scale our Southeast & Ohio Valley business and sales team. You'll be instrumental in driving Tines' next phase of growth by developing and executing winning go-to-market strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Build and lead a team of high-caliber sales professionals who share our vision of revolutionizing automation
  • Create and implement scalable processes that enable consistent success across the sales organization
  • Drive strategic pipeline growth through innovative approaches to field sales, marketing collaborations, and partnership development
  • Design and execute regional account strategies that emphasize collaborative selling and maximize market penetration
  • Work closely with our Sales Engineering team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and establish a robust proof-of-concept program
  • Foster deep relationships with customers focused on driving concrete value, resulting in strong renewals, expansions, and advocacy
  • Own revenue forecasting through methodical deal analysis and disciplined processes
  • Expand our partner ecosystem through strategic relationship building and program development

What you bring with you:

  • 8+ years of SaaS/technology sales experience including 1-3 years of direct leadership experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving results in enterprise software sales, particularly in security or automation
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams that consistently create new opportunities and acquire new customers
  • A passion for winning and personal accountability for achieving ambitious goals
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in emerging technology markets
  • History of closing large enterprise deals
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build lasting relationships at all levels
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value
  • Deep understanding of modern enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Target Annual Compensation: $375-400k OTE + equity
