We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Safety Manager to join our dynamic aviation team in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all activities related to the Safety Management System and Quality Assurance, Flight Safety, Industrial Safety, Employee Health, Environmental Management System and Customer Audits and Safety Programs. This role requires a strong understanding of aviation regulations and works in collaboration with all managers in Brazil and the corporate Safety team to promote organizational safety and Target Zero.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering;

• Operational Safety Management System (SGSO - ANAC) and Risk Management Course;

• Integrated Management Lead Auditor – SGI (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001);

• Advanced English knowledge.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experienced and knowledgeable of QHSE activities, including Safety Management System and Quality Assurance, Flight Safety, Industrial Safety, Employee Health, Environmental Management System and Customer Audits and Safety Programs;

• Strong understanding of aviation regulations;

• Direct experience in aviation accident investigation;

• Working knowledge of Flight Data Monitoring programs;

• Solid experience in the aviation industry, in management positions.
