About the Role:
Simeio is seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered at least two end-to-end ISC implementations in an architect capacity and possesses deep expertise across core ISC components and configurations.

The ideal candidate has successfully delivered at least two end-to-end ISC implementations in an architect capacity and possesses deep expertise across core ISC components and configurations.
What You’ll Do:
Architect and deliver SailPoint ISC solutions aligned with enterprise IAM strategy and security best practices.
Design and configure:
Transforms (including creating custom transforms and implementing robust null checks)
Event Triggers to automate identity lifecycle processes
Identity Profiles to drive attribute mapping and identity lifecycle
Access Profiles to manage role-based access controls
Oversee provisioning and application onboarding to integrate SaaS and on-prem applications into ISC.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and guide delivery teams.
Provide technical leadership, solution design documentation, and knowledge transfer.
5+ years in IAM with 2+ full-cycle SailPoint ISC implementations as an Architect
Hands-on experience with ISC configuration, development, and deployment
Strong knowledge of identity governance principles, RBAC, and lifecycle management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
