We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Account Executive to help scale our customer base in the NAMER region. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to success with our platform. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deliver value and close deals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product demos and explain key features tailored to customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with leads and customers through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product messaging and user experience.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide a feedback loop for sales and product optimization.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals and product usage.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position us effectively.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Technical profile:
- Experience with CRM and sales tools
- Prior experience or exposure in SaaS sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience with SMB sales.
- Experience working in the NAMER market.
- Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android) and app store publishing processes
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
