The Sales Account Manager will nurture existing accounts and generate new business in the Enterprise sector, specifically targeting civilian government clients. BizFirst is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to accelerate our growth in the Enterprise sector. This role primarily involves nurturing existing accounts and cultivating new relationships within small and medium-sized businesses focused on the civilian government sectors. If you possess a zeal for sales, a strong understanding of the Enterprise, and a background in recruitment or consulting, this could be your next big opportunity! (This is a remote position).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Foster enduring customer relationships by addressing problems and exceeding expectations.
- Propel new business through strategic prospecting and leads.
- Formulate a plan to meet and surpass quota, aiming for year-over-year revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts around implementation, delivery, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization.
- Stay abreast of trends within recruiting, civilian government hiring, and digital engagement.
- Align sales efforts around long-term customer needs and BizFirst's capability to meet current and future demands.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the Enterprise sector is preferred (experience in recruitment or consulting is a plus).
- Proficient in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- A consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to forecast accurately and manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience with Zoho (or other CRM), Microsoft Office is required.
- Aptitude to establish contact, build trust, and nurture relationships.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.

Benefits:
- Salary range for this position: $78,000 - $117,500 based on experience and qualifications.
- Total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s) based on eligibility.
