Sell technical staffing and managed services by sourcing and developing new client relationships, conducting outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn), meeting with hiring stakeholders, collaborating with recruiters to match talent, preparing proposals/contracts, tracking opportunities in CRM, and meeting sales targets.
Cascade Engineering Services is looking for a motivated and results-driven sales and marketing indivitual to develop new client relationships for our technical staffing and managed services business. This role is responsible for finding companies that require contract talent, understanding their workforce needs, and building partnerships that lead to staffing and workforce solutions opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong networking, lead generation, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies that utilize contract, contingent, or project-based workforce solutions.
- Research target companies and decision-makers within engineering, manufacturing, technology, logistics, operations, and administrative organizations.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and business leaders.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and present Cascade's capabilities.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to match client requirements with qualified candidates.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Track business development activities, client interactions, and sales opportunities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry hiring demands.
- Negotiate contract terms and support the onboarding of new clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of business development, staffing sales, recruiting sales, or B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and account development.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Experience selling staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or managed services.
- Established professional network within technology, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate environments.
- Knowledge of contingent workforce programs and vendor management processes.
