Company Overview:
SAFR from RealNetworks is a unified ecosystem specializing in face-based computer vision solutions optimized for real-world performance. Building on a legacy of digital media expertise and innovation, RealNetworks has created a new generation of products that employ best-in-class artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance and secure our daily lives.

Position Overview:

Location: Seattle-based preferred; open to remote candidates on the West Coast only.
As we scale our SAFR SaaS/HaaS business, we’re looking for someone to own the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of our revenue operations, from pipeline management and deal support through order fulfillment and installation.

You will work closely with Sales to ensure deals are set up for success before they close, while also owning the operational processes that ensure smooth delivery post-sale. This role blends light sales operations (in HubSpot) with fulfillment and installation coordination to help us scale efficiently. This is not a traditional Sales Ops or Operations role. Instead, you’ll play a critical role both in helping deals close and ensuring they are successfully delivered.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and running processes, solving day-to-day operational challenges, and working cross-functionally to keep things moving. We’re especially excited about candidates who enjoy using AI to streamline operations and eliminate manual work.

What you’ll do:

Operations & Fulfillment

  • Own the end-to-end process from closed deal to order to installation
  • Manage order processing and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external installation partners to facilitate scheduling and execution of deployments
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external installation partners to execute deployments
  • Maintain clear visibility into order and installation status for stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks across pre- and post-sale workflows to improve speed and reliability

Sales Operations

  • Support deal execution by ensuring accurate setup and data integrity in HubSpot (deals, contacts, pipeline stages)
  • Optimize workflows and automations within HubSpot to improve lead management, deal progression and handoffs
  • Build and maintain basic reporting for pipeline and deal visibility
  • Ensure clean and consistent handoff from Sales to Operations
  • Act as the go-to resource for day-to-day sales ops support
  • Other relevant tasks as needed

Tools, Automation & AI

  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows across sales operations and fulfillment
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Loveable) to improve productivity and reduce manual work
  • Build and maintain lightweight automations using HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
  • Continuously improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and scalability

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years in operations, sales ops, or a similar role in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, but comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Thrives in a hands-on role where you are both executing and improving processes daily
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Problem-solver who takes ownership and drives things to completion
  • Curious and proactive about using new tools and technologies to drive efficiency
  • Comfortable experimenting with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Claude Code, Zapier, Lovable)
  • Experience in HaaS/SaaS with hardware components (preferred), or logistics/fulfillment environments (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Salary range for this position: 90,000 to 110,000 annually + bonus

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
