The Sales Assistant will support the CEO and sales team by generating leads, qualifying potential customers, managing CRM software, and engaging in online networking to build business opportunities.

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our remote team. You will be helping the CEO and future sales team, focusing on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.
- Assist the CEO and CMO in following up on potential leads.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.
- Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
Assist CEO / CMO on:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Contact and qualify potential customers.
- Keep HubSpot up to date.
- Set appointments and follow up on leads.
- Track progress toward meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Bring us news about our clients (by following their social media).
- Attend online networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements
- Advanced/Bilingual english level.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
