Engage with prospective clients through outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Assist Sr. Account Executive in managing late-stage sales activities within the commercial and industrial market, including preparing proposals, presentations, and conducting final contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the company's reach to new potential customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Track sales progress, document activities, and provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and metrics to leadership.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation and help identify product or service improvements based on client feedback.
  • Travel to client sites, industry conferences, and meetings as required, to support business development and sales activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on renewable energy solutions for the commercial and industrial market (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.). Familiarity with market trends, incentive structures, and energy solutions for commercial clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Ability to conduct detailed market research, analyze industry data, and stay up-to-date with renewable energy policies and incentives relevant to commercial and industrial clients.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, able to manage multiple tasks, track progress, and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to C-level leadership and other key stakeholders. Skilled at tailoring presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs and interests of senior executives.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events, particularly within the region.
