The Sales Business Partner will drive B2B sales for WorkWise, managing the complete sales cycle, expanding referral partnerships, and achieving sales targets.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly accountable, results-driven, and proactive Sales Business
Partner to own B2B sales of WorkWise’s combined services and develop, scale,
and expand our referral channel partner program. The ideal candidate is a
person of integrity, with a get-up-and-go mentality, who thrives on generating
new business through referral partners, direct outreach, events, and
organizational relationships. You will manage complex client opportunities from
prospecting to close while building and growing referral partnerships that feed
warm leads into your pipeline. This role requires travel and collaboration with
internal teams to ensure partner and client success.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage the full B2B sales cycle for WorkWise’s HR, Safety, add-on services,
and digital tools: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and
closing.
Develop, scale, and expand referral channel partnerships that generate
warm leads and recurring opportunities.
Actively generate new business through direct outreach, networking,
organizations, and events.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with referral partners
to maximize lead quality and revenue impact.
Understand client business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that
integrate services and digital tools to drive compliance and operational
efficiency.
Be accountable for achieving sales targets and KPIs for both direct sales
and referral channel-driven revenue.
Serve as the face of WorkWise at client events and industry engagements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of referral
programs and maximize cross-functional opportunities.
Maintain organized records of all sales activity, pipeline, forecasts, and
partner interactions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing both
client and partner relationships.
Demonstrate accountability, results orientation, and initiative, balancing
speed with a high-touch, white-glove approach.
Embody WorkWise and Bizhaven’s shared core values: accountability,

Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in complex B2B or enterprise-level full-cycle sales.
Proven experience developing, scaling, and expanding referral channel
partnerships.
High level of business acumen with the ability to quickly understand client
organizations and challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and
influence partners.
Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and results orientation, with a
proactive, “get-up-and-go” approach.
Highly motivated, organized, and relentless in achieving results.
Resourceful problem-solver who thrives on figuring things out and finding
creative solutions.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and travel
requirements.
Thrives in a collaborative culture but operates independently with
autonomy.

The base pay range for this role is $100,000 – $200,000 per year.
