Job Description SummaryAs a Sales Clinical Specialist, you will serve as the Channel Partner Sales Specialist for the Balkan Region, overseeing sales for the Patient Care Solutions Segment. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen strategic partnerships within the channel network.
Operating independently within the company’s commercial policies, budgets, and guidelines, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with partners and collaborating with product managers to design and execute go-to-market strategies, education programs, KOL management, and inventory management.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales of products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within the West Balkans & Bulgaria region.

  • Utilizing in-depth knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, and customer groups to execute sales strategies effectively.

  • Analyzing market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and differentiate offerings.

  • Appling commercial experience and analytical thinking to solve complex sales challenges and optimize business performance.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices and integrate sales strategies across different business areas.

  • Leading small-scale projects with minimal risks and resource requirements, acting as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.

  • Communicating performance expectations and handling sensitive issues with professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge level).

  • Advanced experience in Medical Equipment Sales, preferably within the Patient Care Solutions segment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian is considered a plus.

  • Full clean driving license and ability to travel across the assigned geographical territory.
