This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Sales Cold Caller to support outbound outreach and appointment setting for business owners. They operate within the consulting and growth services space and have expanded their client base over the past few years by helping businesses improve operations and decision-making through structured consultations.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable initiating conversations, and skilled at keeping prospects engaged through consistent follow-up.
Place outbound cold calls to business owners within the construction sector to book initial consultation calls
Set appointments and follow up with prospects who are not yet ready to move forward
Send follow-up emails to reinforce conversations and generate interest
Maintain warm communication with leads throughout the outreach process
Log detailed notes and call outcomes in the CRM to support effective handoff before consultations
Manage daily outreach activity while maintaining organization and consistency
Requirements
Prior experience with cold calling and appointment setting
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
Comfort engaging decision-makers over the phone
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple leads
Reliable personal computer and internet connection (laptop not provided)
Proven outbound sales or lead generation experience
Confident, empathetic, and charismatic communication style
Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
Experience working remotely in a performance-driven environment
