About Us

We help B2B tech companies scale by designing, building, and operating sustainable revenue machines. We're not your typical agency — we move fast, we automate everything that doesn’t need a human, and we work with founders who are hungry to win.

Our team is lean, smart, and fully remote. We thrive in chaos, love building, and operate with a bias for action. If that sounds like your vibe, keep reading.

The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager who will be the first line of response for our clients’ outbound campaigns. You’ll manage inboxes, follow up with leads, book meetings, and make sure no reply goes unnoticed. You’ll be the voice behind the curtain — representing our clients with speed, precision, and personality.

This role is 90% conversation, 10% admin. You’ll work across email, LinkedIn, phone, and CRM to keep things running tight.

When replies are coming in slower than expected, you don’t sit and wait and proactively engage with prospects for our clients. For this, the phone is your best friend.

RequirementsWhat You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively cold call
  • Reply to all incoming responses within 3–5 minutes
  • Categorize leads and keep CRMs squeaky clean (Smartlead, Hubspot)
  • Book meetings directly in the client’s calendar
  • Engage in real conversations — phone, LinkedIn, or email — to turn replies into booked calls
  • Own the follow-up game (this is where 30%+ of meetings come from)
  • Represent clients like it’s your own brand — human, helpful, and sharp
  • Track outcomes, flag learnings, and help optimize outbound campaigns
  • Work closely with our GTM Engineers to improve targeting, messaging, and workflows
  • Build mini playbooks and templates as you learn
  • Grow into managing accounts or training new hires as we scale

We’re Looking for Someone Who...
  • Can work in CET timezone (that is Central Europe) from 08:00 or 09:00
  • Is tech-savvy — you’re quick with tools (Smartlead, Lemlist, Hubspot, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Has fluent English
  • Preferably knows at least 1 other European language (French, Dutch, German, Spanish)
  • Has prior SDR or growth marketing experience (bonus if you’ve handled outbound before)
  • Can hold a conversation like a pro — warm, confident, curious
  • Loves speed — you take action fast and don’t sit on things
  • Is organized AF — nothing slips through the cracks
  • Thrives in a startup environment — flexible, scrappy, adaptable
  • Understands that sales is about listening, timing, and consistency
  • Wants to be part of something bigger than just “a job”

Bonus Points If You...
  • Know your way around CRMs like Hubspot
  • Have experience with automation tools (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Expandi, etc.)
  • Can write compelling short messages that feel personal
  • Have worked with or sold to B2B SaaS companies
  • Have social selling experience (LinkedIn presence or interest in building one)

Growth Opportunities

This is a core team role. As we scale, you’ll have the chance to grow into:

  • Head of SDR / Inbox Ops
  • Outbound Strategy Lead
  • Sales/BD for OC itself
  • Account Management & Client Strategy

Tools We Use

Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly, Hubspot, Google Suite, Notion, Slack, LinkedIn, Expandi, Claap, Sales Navigator, and more.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
