As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in Outbound Sales at CrewBloom, you will be an essential part of our sales team, responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach strategies, generating qualified leads that will contribute to our overall sales success.
The usual starting rate for this role is 6 to 7 USD per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline
- Identify key decision-makers and develop strategies to engage them effectively
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to convert them into clients
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and results in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and initiatives
- Continuously learn about our products and services to confidently convey their value to prospects
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience is required
- At least 2 years of experience in coldcalling / lead generation for IT staffing and professional services
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging approach
- Ability to research and identify potential clients and tailor outreach according to their needs
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
