Job Title: Sales Development Representative – GTM (Warehousing & Fulfilment)

Location: United States of America or Canada Only.

Department: GTM Outbound

Reports to: Head of GTM & Crowdfunding

Work Type: Remote 

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative in the GTM Outbound Team, your primary focus will be identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads for warehousing and fulfilment solutions. You’ll play a key role in educating creators on Easyship’s global fulfilment capabilities and setting up discovery calls for the Account Executive team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics and innovation, helping project creators successfully scale post-campaign with efficient, reliable fulfilment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect and qualify crowdfunding campaigns and creators (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Gamefound, etc.) and also Shopify merchants.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows
  • Educate prospects on Easyship’s warehousing and fulfilment services in the US, EU, UK, and APAC
  • Manage and nurture leads through early stages of the sales cycle
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives
  • Track and update all activities in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and logistics teams to align messaging and funnel performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, campaign launches, and fulfilment challenges within the crowdfunding space
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–2 years experience in a sales or lead qualification role, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of the crowdfunding space and/or global fulfilment processes is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sales enablement tools (e.g. Gong, Outreach)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Comfortable working across global time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
