We're looking for highly motivated Sales Development Executives to join our sales team. you will be responsible for placing c. 200 cold outbound calls a day, to specific UK industries and verticals, in order to generate opportunities for our Business development exec's.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through cold calling and lead generation activities. You will work closely with the Sales teams to generate and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients, helping to set the stage for the sales team to close deals.

Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services and gauging their interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through a variety of methods, including outbound emails, social media outreach, and cold calls.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess prospects' needs, decision-making authority, and buying potential, ensuring only high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by regularly following up on previous conversations to keep prospects engaged.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on target market strategies, messaging, and lead qualification processes.
- Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, verticals, or opportunities for sales outreach.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments booked for the sales team.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations and handle objections.
- Sales Skills: Familiarity with cold calling techniques, consultative selling, and the ability to qualify leads effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive approach.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational skills to handle high call volumes and follow-up tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and identify solutions that will move leads forward in the sales pipeline.
