You’ll own top-of-funnel execution, turning leads into high-value conversations with healthcare decision-makers. From targeted outreach to intelligent qualification, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our pipeline and shaping our go-to-market approach.
This role is ideal for someone who combines the discipline of enterprise sales prospecting with the curiosity and confidence to engage healthcare executives. You’ll report to our SDR Lead and collaborate closely with regional sales VPs and executives and marketers to make inroads into the country’s top hospitals and health systems.

What You'll Do- Drive top-of-funnel performance: Execute a high-volume, high-precision outbound motion to engage healthcare executives and convert qualified leads into first meetings.
- Work the full prospecting stack: Source your own sales-qualified leads while managing and converting leads from webinars, trade shows, inbound inquiries, and digital campaigns.
- Use smart tools, smarter strategy: Leverage platforms like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Definitive Healthcare to uncover the right contacts, build prospect lists, and personalize outreach at scale.
- Qualify complex buying environments: Understand hospital organizational structures, identify champions, and tee up meaningful discovery conversations for Regional Sales Executives.
- Align with regional sales: Partner closely with RVPs and RSEs to tailor outreach based on territory strategy, account targeting, and pipeline coverage.
- Refine and optimize messaging: Collaborate with marketing to test messaging, fine-tune cadences, and share field insights that sharpen our campaigns and positioning.
- Stay curious and accountable: Bring a self-starter mindset, ask smart questions, and operate with urgency toward your monthly and quarterly quota goals.
- 2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role, preferably in healthcare tech or enterprise SaaS. Revenue cycle or clinical AI experience is a strong plus.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, with the ability to break into large and complex healthcare organizations.
- Proficiency in modern sales tools and CRMs—Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to quickly capture attention and build trust.
- Coachable, competitive, and deeply motivated by both individual and team success.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing outreach, tracking performance, and hitting targets.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Intrinsic curiosity
- Experience navigating hospitals, health systems, or payer/provider org charts.
- Background with enterprise-level accounts (large claim volumes, bed counts, physician counts, etc.)
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific databases like Definitive Healthcare.

$65K-75K base + commission
