About Clarify

Clarify is building the AI-native CRM — a platform designed from the ground up for how modern go-to-market teams actually work. We raised $22.5M and assembled a team of ~27 people who believe the CRM category is overdue for a complete rethink: less manual data entry, smarter automation, and AI that actually understands your pipeline.

We're early and moving fast. The work you do here will directly shape how we grow.

About the Role

Clarify sells to the people who live in a CRM every day, which means our SDRs sell a product they'd want to use themselves. You'll be one of our first two in-house SDRs, starting conversations with sales leaders and founders and booking the first meetings that become our pipeline.

This role is for someone who wants to learn fast and move up, and it's a great first job out of college. You'll work directly with our AEs and sales leadership, use Clarify's own AI to research accounts and personalize outreach, and see exactly how your meetings turn into revenue. The best SDRs here will have a clear path to closing deals.

What you'll do
  • Book qualified first meetings for our AEs through calls, email and LinkedIn

  • Research accounts and personalize outreach with Clarify's AI and our data sources

  • Run disciplined daily activity and own your numbers

  • Learn our ICP and pitch cold, and sharpen both from what you hear on calls

  • Feed what you learn back to product and marketing

  • Run your whole day in Clarify and help us make it better

Your background
  • You've hit targets in a competitive setting: sales, service, athletics or similar. New grads welcome; SDR experience is a plus, not a requirement

  • You're coachable and get better every week

  • You write clearly and concisely

  • You hear "no" a lot and keep going

  • You use AI tools to work faster

  • You want a path to AE

  • Bonus: You've sold to sales or GTM teams

  • Bonus: You've worked at a startup

Benefits

Competitive stock options with standard 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff. Benefits include fully covered medical, dental, and vision for you (50% for dependents), a 401(k) with company match, flexible time off, and generous parental leave. We bring the full team together 2–3 times a year for offsites.

Our Seattle-based employees work from our Pioneer Square office three days a week.

Clarify is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to building an inclusive team and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
