Our central goal is to deliver incredible 3D imaging capabilities to as wide of an audience as we can and watch what their creativity and excitement can do. To do that, we’re focused on making 3D capture seamless, affordable, and collaborative. We believe that people will do incredible things when handed wonderful technology, and we strive to get Polycam into as many hands as possible.

If you’re passionate about creativity, innovation, and making a significant impact, Polycam is the place for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Polycam, you’ll be a key player in driving our outbound sales motion — with a primary focus on generating opportunities with enterprise prospects. You’ll help us expand our footprint in the enterprise space by proactively engaging with new prospects, educating them on Polycam’s value, and qualifying high-potential leads. This is a high-velocity, high-impact role that plays a critical part in our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Outbound Pipeline: Identify, reach out to, and qualify prospective enterprise customers through cold calls, email outreach, and social channels.
  • Educate and Inspire: Clearly articulate the value of Polycam’s platform and how it can address specific challenges and goals within various industries.
  • Support the Sales Cycle: Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and help move them smoothly through the sales funnel.
  • Execute at Scale: Manage a high volume of outreach daily while staying organized, energized, and focused on results.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to iterate on messaging, surface insights, and continuously improve lead quality.
  • Maintain Clean CRM Records: Keep all interactions, activity, and pipeline data updated in the CRM to ensure visibility and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of outbound and inbound sales development experience, ideally in SaaS targeting enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Experience with sales automation platforms like: Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, or similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust.
  • Motivated self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience selling to technical buyers or within 3D/capture/AR/VR spaces.

Compensation:

This role offers a base salary between $50,000–$65,000, with total on-target earnings ranging from $65,000–$90,000. Compensation includes performance-based incentives tied to qualified leads, closed revenue, and exceeding monthly goals. Actual earnings will vary and are highly dependent on sales performance and achievement. Pay may also vary based on experience and location.

Our Commitment to You:

At Polycam, we're committed to the health and well-being of our team! We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance to support your health and peace of mind. Maximize your benefits with both Health and Dependent Care FSAs for added tax savings. While we currently don’t offer a company match, we do provide a 401(k) plan through Guideline to help you plan for a secure and bright future.

We also offer a flexible PTO policy so you can maintain a healthy work-life balance, and one Monday each quarter, the whole company takes the day off to recharge. Enjoy flex-time working hours to fit your schedule and 12 weeks of parental leave to support you during life's important moments.

We’re invested in your growth—enjoy $1,500 annually to spend on certifications, courses, training, and more! Plus, we keep things engaging with in-person team-specific meetups, conferences, and biannual field trips to unique sites across the nation. Join us and thrive with Polycam!
