As an SDR at Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, you'll be at the frontlines of our growth, creating meaningful connections that turn into real business opportunities. Your work will directly fuel our sales engine and open doors for customers to experience the power of LTE and 5G.
What you will do
Here's how you'll make an impact:
  • Drive lead generation: Own prospecting and lead management, keeping a steady flow of qualified opportunities moving forward.
  • Hit your goals: Meet and exceed quotas by combining strategic outbound calls with thoughtful lead qualification.
  • Build a smart game plan: Develop and execute creative prospecting approaches that grab attention and spark interest.
  • Set the stage for success: Qualify prospects, uncover their needs, and schedule high-value appointments for Sales Reps.
  • Tell the story: Deliver confident sales presentations when needed, highlighting how we solve real-world business challenges.
  • Stay sharp and informed: Learn our products quickly, communicate their value with confidence, and handle objections with ease.
  • Run your business: Proactively manage your schedule, campaigns, and pipeline to consistently hit milestones and quarterly objectives.
  • Be the bridge: Collaborate closely with Inside & Field Sales to maximize productivity and win together.
  • Bring insights to the table: Share market intelligence with Sales and Marketing to help shape strategy and messaging.

The skills you bring
  • We're looking for someone who's driven, curious, and ready to grow. If you're hungry to learn, confident in picking up the phone, and eager to be part of a high-energy team, you'll thrive here.
  • Associate's degree (Marketing/Business preferred) or 6+ months of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects with confidence.
  • A consultative mindset, you ask good questions, listen well, and uncover needs.
  • Grit, resilience, and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
  • Comfort with managing multiple tasks, priorities, and a fast-moving pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Variable Compensation Plan:This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
